The Long Stem Rose - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 oz of Rose water
  • 1/2 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 3/4 tsp of Peychaud's Bitters
  • 3/4 tsp of bitters
  • 3/4 tsp of grapefruit bitters
  • 3/4 tsp of peach bitters
  • 2 oz of sparkling white wine (alt: champagne)
  • 1 twist of lemon peel

    • Instructions

    Rinse the glass with the rose water. Add bitters and St. Germain to glass and stir. Top with chilled sparkling wine and garnish.
