  • 1/4 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 twist of lemon peel

    • Instructions

    Shake, strain, rocks, lowball. Add straws. Optional garnish of lemon twist.
