Violetta - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 part of parfait amour orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
- 1 part of anis liqueur
- 2 part of Pineapple Juice
- 1 dash of grenadine syrup
- soda water
Instructions
Add anis, parfait d'amour, juice and grenadine to a cocktail shaker. Fill with soda water, and shake. Pour into a collins glass, and garnish with a slice of orange, mint sprig and a cherry. Serve with straws.September Cocktail of the Month: The Washington Apple
