Waterloo - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cube of Watermelon
- 3/4 oz of simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz of campari
- 1 wedge of Watermelon
Instructions
Muddle chunks of watermelon with simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add gin, lime juice and Campari, shake and pour unstrained into a tall Collins glass, garnishing with a wedge of watermelon.More cocktails with watermelon
