4 cube of Watermelon

3/4 oz of simple syrup

1 1/2 oz of Gin

1/2 oz of Lime Juice

1/2 oz of campari

1 wedge of Watermelon

Instructions

Muddle chunks of watermelon with simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add gin, lime juice and Campari, shake and pour unstrained into a tall Collins glass, garnishing with a wedge of watermelon.
