Ingredients: 2 of lemons; 1 oz of sweet and sour mix; 2 tbsp of sugar; 2 oz of Absolut Citron Vodka; 4 oz of Champagne; 1/2 oz of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

2 of lemons

1 oz of sweet and sour mix

2 tbsp of sugar

2 oz of Absolut Citron Vodka (alt: citrus-infused vodka)

4 oz of Champagne

1/2 oz of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur (alt: raspberry liqueur)

Instructions

Shake all ingredients (except champagne) with ice. Strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Top with champagne. Squeeze and drop another wedge of lemon into the drink. (the other two should still be in the tin).
