Zombie #4 - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of gold rum
  • 1 1/2 tsp of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • 3 tsp of Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp of white rum (alt: light rum)
  • 1 tbsp of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp of Papaya Juice
  • 1 tsp of 151 proof rum (alt: overproof rum)
  • 1 pinch of powdered sugar (alt: sugar)
  • 1 tbsp of jamaican dark rum (alt: dark rum)
  • 1 of pineapple

    • Instructions

    Shake all ingredients (except the high-proof rum) over ice, the pineapple stick and the sugar. Strain and add ice. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry. Float the high-proof rum on top and sprinkle a little sugar over it.
