Ingredients: 1 oz of sake rice wine; 1 dash of Lemon Juice; 4 oz of Ginger beer; 1 oz of 42 below vodka; 1/2 of lime; 1 of sliced cayenne pepper

1 oz of sake rice wine

1 dash of Lemon Juice

4 oz of Ginger beer

1 oz of 42 below vodka (alt: coconut vodka)

1/2 of lime

1 of sliced cayenne pepper (alt: cayenne peppers)

Instructions

Slice the half lime into 4 seperate wedges. Muddle the wedges and chili with a dash of lemon juice, and transfer to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the vodka and sake, and shake well. Pour the contents, including ice, into a highball glass. Top with ginger beer, to taste, and serve.
