1 bottle of apple cider
4 oz of spiced rum
4 oz of heavy cream
1 oz of ruby port
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
eggs
nutmeg
Add 4 eggs, milk, and sugar to a mixing bowl and whisk together until sugar is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together until combined. Refrigerate and serve when cold. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg. Serves 4.
