Argentine-Style Bellini - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 oz of Peach Nectar
  • 1 of thin slice peach (alt: peach brandy)
  • 5 oz of cold spanish sparkling white wine (alt: fortified wine)
  • 1 of raspberry

    • Instructions

    Pour the peach nectar into an 8-ounce champagne glass or flute. Slowly add the sparkling wine or champagne. Stir, garnish with the peach slice and raspberry, and serve immediately.
