2 oz of vanilla chai tea (alt: orange pekoe tea)
3/4 oz of stoli vanil vodka (alt: vodka)
3/4 oz of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur (alt: hazelnut liqueur)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Drizzle the chocolate syrup into an old-fashioned glass, coating the edges and leaving a pool of chocolate in the base of the glass.
