Pineapple Julep - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of simple syrup
- 2 oz of bourbon whiskey
- 3 of ripe pineapple (alt: pineapple wine)
- 4 of fresh mint (alt: mint)
Instructions
Muddle the leaves from two sprigs of mint, with the pineapple wedges and simply syrup, in a mixing glass. Add bourbon and ice, and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, and stir well until frosted. Garnish with two further mint sprigs, and serve.More cocktails with simple syrup
