Pusherman - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Blanco tequila (alt: tequila)
  • 1/2 oz of Herbal Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz of Demerara syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • 1 oz of egg white (alt: egg)
  • 1 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
  • 9 drop of bitters

    • Instructions

    Shake ingredients through egg white dry, then with ice. Serve on the rocks in a Collins glass. Top with soda, garnish with bitters.
