Sgroppino - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of chilled prosecco sparkling wine (alt: lychee wine)
- 1 tbsp of Vodka
- zest of one lemons (alt: lemon)
- 2 cup of slemon gelato
- 1 tbsp of limoncello lemon liqueur (alt: lemon liqueur)
Instructions
Chill 4 champagne flutes. Shake gelato, limoncello and vodka in a shaker. Add Prosecco and whisk through. Serve immediately in chilled champagne flutes. Sprinkle lemon zest on top. Makes 4.More cocktails with lychee wine
