Diving Bell - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of manzanilla sherry (alt: fino sherry)
  • 1 1/2 oz of Mezcal (alt: tequila)
  • 1/4 oz of Maraschino liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)
  • 1/4 oz of water
  • 1 twist of lemon peel

Instructions

Assemble without adding ice and chill in the freezer before service. Serve up. Express twist.
