1/2 oz of Bianco Vermouth (alt: dry vermouth)
2 dash of bitters
1 twist of orange peel

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except for the orange peel, in a mixing glass. Stir with ice. Strain into a coupe. Twist orange peel over drink.
