Port Wine Sangaree - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 of pinchground cinnamon (alt: cinnamon)
- 2 oz of tawny port (alt: port)
- 1/2 oz of Brandy
- 1 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
- 2 tsp of water
- 2 1/2 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 1 of pinchgrated nutmeg (alt: nutmeg)
Instructions
Dissolve the sugar in the water and port in the bottom of a highball glass. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice; add the soda. Float the brandy on top, and garnish with a lemon twist. Dust with nutmeg, then with cinnamon, and serve.More cocktails with cinnamon
